Job Purpose
The job holder responsible for 'Participates in developing the Insurance Division's strategic planning and guides the plan allocation to the sales team and related departments.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Building Strategy and business model for Insurance segment:
- Develop a business strategy and plan for each period, according to the strategic direction and objectives of the Bank.
- Build a business model according to the approved overall business plan and coordinate with Business Development to implement the plan.
- Participate in developing / adjusting business plan (revenue / component / revenue structure; cost / component / cost structure), KRAs / KPIs / Incentive scheme of Insurance Division
- Participate in building / adjusting the items of KRAs / KPIs / Incentive scheme for Regions / Regions / CN / Sales force and sales support force
- Coordinate with related units to allocate the Insurance Division business plan and action plan to the Business Divisions, to Regions / Regions, Branches, Sales Forces and other Business Support Divisions.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Build a business model according to the approved overall business plan and coordinate with Business Development in implementing the plan.
- Deploying strategic projects for the whole bank at Insurance Division;
- Participate in strategic projects related to insurance

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- 8 years in positions related to Strategy, Business Management, Financial Management, Prediction Analysis, Planning Qualifications
- University degree in finance and banking, accounting….
- English level: TOEIC >= 550 or equivalent
