Mô tả Công việc

1. Develop and expand new markets & customers

1.1. Approach and successfully develop new distributors or new agent provided from difference

sources: Trade counselors, websites, social media, old customers, personal connection, etc.

1.2. Attend world exhibitions to introduce our products and seek new customers.

1.3. Ask new customer to provide their business plan to learn and evaluate their strengths and

weaknesses for better advice and support.

1.4. Provide samples to potential customer to test the market. Also, get feedback for the provided

samples.

1.5. Update information on new products and current products to have enough information to

support

1.6. Prepare and process to sign: Distribution Agreement, Commission Agreement

2. Management and provide good customer service to current active distributors and customers

2.1. Regularly follow up with customers to get update information about their sales performance

and feedback about products

2.2. Grasp difficulties that customers are facing to assist and provide better support

2.3. Always update customers about new pricing, policies, trade promotions to encourage and

motivate guests to increase their order to reach AOP target

2.4. Capture and update competitors' situation changes

2.5. Update news on change situations around the World: pandemic, ocean freight, political,

economic, etc.

3. Manage the process of a PO. Collect sales data and evaluate

3.1. Effectively ensure process of a PO such as signing, payment, production is deployed

accordingly with the customer's requirements.

3.2. Coordinate with relevant departments to secure and guaranteed product packaging aligned

and delivery on time

3.3. Record sales data and evaluate

4. Other Jobs

4.1. Perform other jobs under the direction of direct manager

5. KPI Jobs

5.1. Revenue and sales performance of team and/or department.

5.2. Monthly sales growth rate (of department).

5.3. Rate of distributors buying new product / continuing to use the product (of department).

5.4. Customer retention (Rate of returning customers, Customer care).

5.5. Developing new Distributors and their sales force

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- We give preference to candidates in FMCG/F&B

- Good Chinese or English

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.

- 5 years of experience

- Having a strategic and business mind
