Facilities Technician (US Company) - Kỹ thuật viên bảo trì nhà xưởng

1. Summary/Objective

Focused on providing maintenance, repair, and installation of Facility needs.

2. Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.

1. Performs scheduled Preventative Maintenance.
2. Assists and conducts scheduled Filter Changes.
3. Assists with maintaining all Compressed Air, Genset, Chiller & AHU systems, Air conditioners, FF pump station, Electric system, Access Control, Security, Emergency Response, Public Address, Building Management, and Fire Control Systems.
4. Monitoring and daily record of Energy consumption, Temperature, & Humidity of the building.
5. Supervise the contractor working onsite for follow up company regulations and technical requirements
6. Performs repairs as needed and, where capable, on all Facility Related items.
7. Participates routinely in all waste collection and recyclable collection tasks.
8. Maintain facilities to enable associates to support overall Customer Service needs by focusing on building safety and cleanliness (5S).
9. Keeping the tools and facility spare parts
10. Must be computer literate and be familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Facility CMMS software – Manager Plus
11. Must be ERT member, 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance are required,
12. The rotating work in shift is required

3. Any other job-related duties as assigned by management.

4. Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions.

1. Minimum 1 Years’ Experience in a maintenance or similar position.
2. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is required.
3. Knowledge of local and state building regulations is preferred.
4. Prior certification or training in forklift operation, OSHA, and hazardous materials safety.
5. Must be open to being in high-noise environments periodically during normal shift hours.
6. CPR/First Aid/AED training
7. Vocational or Technical Education is required.
8. Education in a Technical University is desired
9. Work in 3 shifts from Mon-Sat, rotate every week
