Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot facility and electrical systems in the factory, including HVAC, chillers, CDA, RO/DI, IETS, PCW, power distribution, and control systems.
Design, renovate, and upgrade electrical systems for new factory construction or expansion projects (Greenfield/Brownfield).
Manage and implement electrical, automation, utility, and facility projects to ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and budget requirements.
Prepare electrical schematics, control panel drawings, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical/EPLAN.
Perform load calculations, power quality analysis, and electrical system studies.
Handle commissioning activities for new equipment and coordinate with vendors/contractors on technical documentation.
Develop and implement basic PLC/SCADA control strategies.
Conduct inspection, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement activities to minimize equipment downtime and improve facility efficiency.
Prepare technical reports, SOPs, maintenance procedures, and operation records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to support maintenance and emergency activities.
Ensure compliance with IEC standards, Vietnamese regulations (QCVN), company standards, and safety requirements.
Participate in energy-saving and utility optimization projects within the factory.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical systems, facility maintenance, commissioning, or troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience in factory facility systems such as HVAC, electrical systems, chillers, CDA, RO/DI, and utility systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN; able to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Good understanding of low-voltage power distribution, motor drives, sensors, and basic PLC/SCADA systems.
Familiar with IEC standards, QCVN, and Vietnamese electrical safety regulations.
Ability to coordinate contractors, manage projects, and work independently.
Valid electrical safety certification is preferred.
PLC/Automation certificates from Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Keyence, or equivalent are an advantage.
Experience in Greenfield or Brownfield factory projects is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to support emergency maintenance activities or business trips when required.
