Mô tả Công việc

  • Targets accounts for business development.
  • Engages and nurtures customer relationships, utilizing face-to-face or virtual meetings.
  • Presents company services, products, and value propositions effectively.
  • Manages complete sales cycle, from identification to closing deals.
  • Ensures alignment with Leschaco’s standards and customer requirements.
  • Monitors and adapts to market changes and competitor strategies.
  • Collaborates with internal teams on product development and performance management.
  • Responsible for revenue growth, profitability, and meeting sales quality standards.
  • Works closely with Local Head of Sales and internal stakeholders.
  • Requires customer centricity, strategic thinking, and effective networking skills.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Required years of professional experience:

  • Graduated University/ College, from at least 3 years’ experience in Sales/ Field Sales of logistics industry
  • Can communicate in English
  • Chinese speaking is an advantage
