【岗位职责｜Job Responsibilities】

1. 制定财务策略，建立并完善财务管理制度和流程。
   Develop financial strategies and establish comprehensive financial management systems and processes.
2. 负责预算管理及财务分析，深入参与业务，为经营管理决策提供财务支持与建议。
   Manage budgeting and financial analysis, actively support business operations, and provide recommendations for management decisions.
3. 负责结算管理，包括应收账款、应付账款等相关工作。
   Oversee settlement management, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
4. 负责资金管理，包括资金计划、资金需求、银行账户管理及资金风险控制。
   Manage cash flow, funding plans, bank accounts, and financial risk control.
5. 负责税务管理，确保税务合规并有效控制税务风险。
   Ensure tax compliance and effectively manage overall tax risks.
6. 负责财务报表管理，确保财务核算的准确性、及时性及审计合规。
   Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit compliance.
7. 管理财务团队，建立人才梯队，持续提升团队专业能力。
   Lead and develop the finance team while building a strong talent pipeline.

任职要求｜Job Requirements】

✅ 财务、会计、金融、经济、管理等相关专业本科及以上学历。
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

✅ 持有 CPA、ACCA 等专业资格证书者优先。
CPA, ACCA, or other professional certifications are preferred.

✅ 6年以上全面财务管理工作经验。
At least 6 years of comprehensive finance management experience.

✅ 熟悉财务分析、预算管理、成本控制、税务管理、资金管理及风险控制。
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, taxation, treasury, and risk management.

✅ 熟悉越南财税法规者优先。
Knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations is highly preferred.

✅ 具备优秀的团队管理及财务决策能力。
Strong leadership, financial decision-making, and team management skills.

✅ 有物流行业或大型集团企业财务管理经验者优先；熟悉东南亚财务管理者优先。
Experience in the logistics industry or multinational/large-scale corporations is preferred. Familiarity with Southeast Asia financial management is a plus.

✅ 优先考虑中文流利者，同时精通中英文双语者将优先考虑。

Fluency in Chinese is preferred. Candidates who are proficient in both Chinese and English will be given higher priority.
