      Mô tả Công việc

      • to support daily finance and accounting activities
      • to prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
      • to ensure accounting data accuracy and timely reporting
      • to assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
      • to support manufacturing accounting and cost accounting activities
      • to monitor production costs, material consumption and overhead allocation
      • to analyze cost variances and support cost improvement activities
      • to coordinate inventory reconciliation and stock valuation
      • to support preparation and submission of CS WIND entities' closing package
      • to coordinate with related departments to collect accurate financial data
      • to ensure closing schedules and reporting deadlines are achieved
      • to prepare financial analysis reports for management review
      • to support KPI monitoring and financial performance tracking
      • to support internal and external audit activities
      • to maintain proper accounting documentation and records

      Yêu Cầu Công Việc

      • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
      • Experience:
        - minimum 4 years of experience in finance and accounting
        - experience in manufacturing accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting
        - experience in working with multinational companies
        - experience in manufacturing companies is preferred
      • Other knowledge/skills:
        - proficiency in ERP/SAP finance modules and Microsoft Office
        - good English communication and reporting skills
        - strong analytical and problem-solving skills
        - good coordination and teamwork capability
