The Financial Service Marketing Expert is responsible for the growth and commercial success of Co-branded Cards. Unlike traditional marketing, this role requires a deep "Product-First" mentality—understanding the technical infrastructure (APIs, BRDs) and product mechanics to design high-converting marketing campaigns, optimize the digital acquisition funnel, and maximize the lifetime value of cardholders.
Growth Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM)
- Translate complex product features and technical value propositions into compelling marketing messages that resonate with SkyJoy members.
- Lead GTM strategies for new card launches, ensuring seamless coordination between banking partners (e.g., HDBank, VPBank) and the Vietjet ecosystem.
- Define and execute "Product-Led Growth" initiatives, using data and experimentation to improve the conversion rate of the digital application journey.
Customer Lifecycle & Value Management
- Deeply analyze the customer journey to identify friction points in the card application or activation process.
- Design automated lifecycle marketing campaigns (Email, App Push, SMS) based on API-driven triggers to encourage card usage and spend.
- Monitor daily business performance, acting as a Marketing "Business Owner" to ensure the profitability and visibility of card products.
Technical & Partner Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Tech team to ensure marketing tools and tracking (attribution, event logging) are correctly implemented via APIs.
- Work with external partners (UnionPay, Visa/Mastercard) on joint marketing funds (JMF) and co-marketing executions.
- Bridge the gap between technical constraints and creative solutions to deliver a "wow" experience for the customer.
