Freight Forwarder – Customs Clearance (Import & Export)

• Client & Agent Coordination: Communicate with clients and global agents to manage shipments and optimize logistics.
• Carrier & Transport Management: Select carriers, negotiate rates, and book cargo (air & sea).
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare invoices, customs forms, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Customs Clearance: Work with customs officials for smooth clearance and timely issue resolution.
• Tracking & Risk Management: Monitor shipments, provide updates, and mitigate risks.
• Customer Service: Address inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.

Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional field visits to ports, warehouses, and transport hubs. Irregular hours may be required for urgent shipments or time zone differences. Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Bachelor’s in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and compliance.
• Language: Fluent in English & Vietnamese.
• Tech Proficiency: Experience with logistics software & tracking systems.
