a. Teaching:
Delivering English communication classes to working adults following AROMA's existing curriculum framework.
b. Participation in curriculum development and training programs:
Developing and upgrading content, curriculum, teaching materials.
Designing regular and final exams for assigned programs.
Creating lesson plans and instructional materials as required for programs.
c. Student and class assessment:
Conduct initial assessments of students, and place them into levels.
Attend and assess the quality of teaching in classes.
Prepare materials for the class if needed.
Evaluate and comment on students in the class.
Mark and review class tests.
Working Time:
Working hours: 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm. Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays.
Additional working hours can be negotiated.
Work Location:
At one of the two facilities or other locations as agreed upon:
AROMA 64 Nguyen Luong Bang, Dong Da District, Hanoi.
AROMA 118 Nguyen Khanh Toan, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
A) REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent English proficiency, especially in listening, speaking, and pronunciation.
Preferably IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 90/530 or TOEIC 850 and above.
Preferably graduated in English/English Language Education or possess equivalent certifications such as TESOL/CELTA.
Passion for teaching.
Ability to handle pressure, proactive, responsible in tasks, good communication skills, and flexible in handling situations.
Experience in teaching English.
