General Accountant

The General Reporting Senior Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, financial closing, and reporting for entities under the CCI - Betrimex Shared Service model, while supporting accounting system setup, process standardization, and new entity onboarding.

• Handle General Accounting/GL activities and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Perform month-end/year-end closing, account reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Prepare Group Reporting Packages, support IFRS reporting and intercompany reconciliation.
• Coordinate tax, audit, statutory reporting and compliance activities.
• Support accounting system setup, COA mapping and data migration for new entities.
• Participate in process standardization, SOP development and process improvement.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in General Accounting, GL, Financial Reporting, Audit, Accounting Services or Shared Services.
• Good understanding of GL accounting, month-end closing, reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Basic understanding of IFRS is required.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP/ERP experience is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
