• Position Title: Team Leader Supervisor – MOFT (MT channel)
• Function: Trade Marketing
• Report to: Trade Marketing Manager - MOFT
• Total headcount supervised: 33

A. Purpose of position:

The BPA Supervisor incharge for the execution of MOFT field activities nationwide by supervising 3 Team Leaders and the Brand Promotion Ambassador (BPA) team. The role ensures daily execution quality, discipline/compliance, and productivity across MOFT customers.

B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Team management:

• Lead 3 Team Leaders and nationwide Brand Promotion Ambassador (BPAs) team.
• Set clear objectives, KPIs & execution plans for field execution.
• Monitor team performance, conduct field visits and provide regular feedback.
• Deliver effective workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and team training.

2. Field execution:

• Track & ensure proper BPA execution of display, visibility/POSM, communication tools to shoppers and sales-driving to meet KPIs & volume return on investment.
• Conduct field visits to check execution quality and compliance.
• Follow up on issues in stores and support corrective/ improvement actions.
• Support Team Leaders in improving underperforming stores or BPA.

3. Reporting & Coordination:

• Coordinate with Trade MKT, Sales, and Key Account teams to support BPA execution plans.
• Work with agency to ensure monthly payroll verified & payment OTIF
• Consolidate field data and submit timely reports.
• Share execution updates, issues, and recommendations with management

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or related fields.

Industry Experiences:

3–5 years of experience in FMCG, Beverage, Retail Operations, Trade Marketing, or Sales.

Position Experiences:

• 1–2 years of experience supervising field teams, Team Leaders & BPA.
• Experience in Modern Trade or field execution is preferred.

Language:

Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English.

Computer:

Skillful in computer software: Excel (Expert), Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, etc

Knowledge/ Skills:

• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work with internal cross funtions & external agency.
• Understanding of Modern Trade operations and retail execution.
• Focus on discipline, compliance & daily execution performance.
• Able to prepare clear reports and basic performance analysis.
