1. Campaign Planning & In-store Growth Execution (Core Responsibility)
- Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and in-store shopping patterns to develop actionable insights for campaign planning.
- Conduct research (customer, market, competitor) to identify growth opportunities and propose campaign ideas tailored to each business phase.
- Plan and execute in-store sales-driving campaigns (promotion, seasonal campaigns, activations, etc.).
- Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations to ensure campaigns are executed consistently and effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance at store level and continuously propose data-driven optimizations.
2. POSM & Store Communication
- Manage the design, production, and in-store execution of POSM across the retail network.
- Ensure POSM effectively supports sales programs and enhances customer experience at the store level.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and communication across all retail stores.
- Propose improvements to in-store display materials to increase customer attraction and conversion.
