Account Development:
- Acquire new local KA (HORECA channel)
- Plan marketing activity calendar with customers to excuse in outlet activities
- Manage distribution & availability
- Update information of customers
Order generation:
- Achieved Sales target
- Monitor volume growth
- Resolve customer complaints
Instore execution & Asset Management:
- Manage implementation of Channel plans as per defined PicOS
- Manange & align on contract & activatio plan
- Manage & align company's assets compliance in the outlet execution plan
People development:
- Recruit & select sales staff
- Train & coach staff
- Maintain staff discipline
- Intermediate Certificate/ Associate Degree/ University/ Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 year's experience in FMCG
- Planning & problem solving skill; Interpersonal skill
- Basic computer skill: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Result- oriented
- Financial understanding
- Basic understand on shopper marketing
