The Business Support Specialist will work on multiple project teams simultaneously, co-op with Project Specialist for a small shipment of project or a portion of a large project. Main responsibilities focus on project management details, customer service, systems input and follow up actions that maximize project outcomes.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Receiving information about awarded shipment from Project team & handle it (information including cost, sell, payment term, INCO term etc. • Working with airlines / carriers as tracing cargo, received AN/DO or place booking under nominated contract rate • Working with customers closely for shipment arrangement & required documents • Coordinate with vendors to arrange shipment and prepare requirement document to Carrier/Airline and Customs office. • Systems input for cost/sell, cargo details etc • Issuing B/L (House, Master), AMS, FMC, ISF, Manifest filing, etc • Arranging payment with subcontractors, support to push customers / oversea for payment collection • Filing documents as ISO requirement • Acting as indoor sales for some special clients • Coordinate with other departments to handle project cargoes. • Working with Project Sales team to find solution & solving problem. • Report weekly / monthly to Project Manager / Project Director • Follow another assigned tasks from Project Director

• University Degree/Equivalent & English proficiency • Technical knowledge: Business experience preferably in the areas of Projects, Windmill, turbine, heavy-lift and out-of-gauge / Oil & Gas / • Customer services: Sea & Air freight forwarding. • Site operations & HSE: Used to working with warehouse or in port/sites. • Problem solving: Practical mindset and solution orientated. • Maintain good standards and follow agreed procedures. • Organized. • Communication: Good communication skills in local and English languages, both oral and written. • Systems: MS Office computer literate • CW1 (optional) • Communication • Problem Solving • Customer Service • Technical
