The Head of Sales is responsible for developing key growth sales strategies and action plans in short term and long term for B2C sales to achieve sales target, managing and developing salesforce capability nationwide align with business objectives.
Build a strong and focused sales team
Aggressively grow sales to support sales targets
Work with B2B (or Partnership development team) team to set up and grow sales partnerships around Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
Leading revenue forecasting by analyzing business tactics, performance analysis, sales strategies, market research analysis to support sales strategies decision making.
Overseeing the execution and planning of driving revenue growth and sales strategy by using analysis to forecast sales performance, set sales targets, determine the effectiveness of current sales initiatives, and implement change if necessary.
Developing salesforce capability and improving sales productivity to achieve sales targets.
Developing KPI for each Region, ensuring to meet the sales objectives and sales target on a monthly quarterly, and annual basis.
Monitoring, controlling sales performance daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annually to come up with appropriate action plans and interventions.
Developing roadmap for market expansion, focusing on cluster presence to ensure operational sustainability.
Working cross-functionally with leadership team: B2B, Product, and Marketing foster collaboration, faster revenue growth, and higher profitability.
Collaborating with the financial department in determining the sales department’s budget as well as appropriate internal budgetary allocations. Preparing and controlling budget on regular basis, ensuring to improve efficiency from time to time.
Working closely with Risk Department to develop procedures and regularly to identify and prevent fraud, identify potential risks and minimize them

Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing and/or Business Administration or equivalent. A Master’s degree is an added advantage
At least 8+ years in a Senior/Management role with strong business strategic thinking and financial acumen
Proven work experience in the consumer finance or banking industry
Proven leadership traits with strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Good English communication and presentation skills
