Mô tả Công việc

  • Lead and manage the sales team of 4-5 members, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share for our beauty products.
  • Maintain and leverage an existing database of clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Ensure that the sales team meets or exceeds their individual and collective targets.
  • Handle key customer accounts, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty products industry (fillers, Botox, or related fields).
  • Existing database of clients in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Vietnam market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
