[HO] ATM MANAGEMENT

1. ATM tasks

- Manage ATM/STM Management Policy and ATM/STM procedure related Guideline/Manual

- Participate in developing ATM/STM system and UAT as requested externally (from SBV, Mother Bank) or internally.

- Provide assistance to Branch/TO/CMNCs’ PIC to solve ATM and STM related issues.

- Prepare periodically report and ad-hoc report for STM and ATM network.

- Conduct ATM KPI evaluation for Branch/TO.

- Perform other duties as assigned by Director.

2. Cash tasks

- Review and update policy & guideline of “Cash management”

- Monitor daily cash operations (cash – in, cash out) and ensure comply with internal policy & procedures

- Control & management cash limit of branch

- Analysis operational risks related to cash handling and propose mitigation measures.

- Daily support branch about cash operation at BUs

- Prepare reports on cash flow,cash limit at BUs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- At least 1 year of experience as Teller/Cashier

- Proficient in English is a must (speaking/ writing/ listening/speaking)

- Familiar with ATM/ Teller service related Aither screen

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
