[HQ HCM] Trade/Retail Marketing Executive

1. Promotion & event activities

• Make plan for monthly/quarterly with innovative ideas based on social events and competitor survey to meet company target.
• Conduct and supervise marketing officers in promotion and event execution.
• Event organization.
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including backdrops/standees.
• Contribute to, and develop marketing plans and strategies.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns.

2. Communication activities

• Develop plan for new store opening communication.
• Follow up with other parties in execution and result report.
• PR activities.
• Control all activities within budget.

3. Rules and Regulations

• Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

• University graduated with the major of Marketing, PR or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of related experience, working in retail/FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and excellent relationship management (manage team 1-2 members)
• Good communication skill.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
• Good planning, organizing and time-management skill.
