Responsible for supporting the operation and development of the B2B online business segment, ensuring sales growth, expanding the corporate customer base, and optimizing online performance. Simultaneously, coordinating across departments to implement sales, pricing, promotion, and customer experience strategies for the B2B channel.
Business Development & Sales Growth:
1. Support in building and implementing B2B online sales growth strategies.
2. Monitor and drive KPIs for revenue, margin, traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
3. Develop the corporate client base:
- Restaurants
- Schools
- Offices
- Canteens
- Agents/Resellers
4. Identify opportunities to expand product lines and services for B2B clients.
5. Propose weekly/monthly/quarterly sales promotion programs.
B2B Online Operations:
1. Manage the daily operations of the B2B online channel.
2. Monitor order status, fulfillment, delivery SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
3. Coordinate with Merchandising / Store Operations to ensure:
- Inventory
- Selling Price
- Delivery Quality
- Availability
4. Control and improve operational processes to increase productivity.
Pricing & Promotion Management:
1. Analyze sales pricing and market competitiveness.
Recommendations:

2. Monitor campaign effectiveness:
- ROI
- Sales uplift
- Customer acquisition
3. Work with MD to optimize funding and promotion support.
Customer Management:
1. Build and maintain relationships with key B2B accounts.
2. Coordinate complaint handling and improve customer experience.
3. Gather customer insights to improve assortment and service.
4. Support the implementation of loyalty programs or membership strategies for business customers.
Team Management & Cross-functional Coordination
1. Supports the management of the B2B Online team.
2. Assigns tasks, tracks progress, and coaches team members.
3. Serves as the main point of contact for coordination between:
- System
- Marketing
- Merchandising
- Finance
- Store Operations
4. Participates in developing SOPs and improving internal workflows.
1 . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
2 . At least 4-5 years of experience in Ecommerce, B2B Sales, Online Business, Retail, FMCG
3 . Experience working with large corporate clients, restaurant chains, hotels, and service companies
4 . Strong analytical skills, Business acumen is good, Negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
5 . Experience in team management or project leadership is an advantage.
6 . Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: Modern Trade Retail chain Online grocery Omni-channel business
