Position: HR & Administration Officer

Department: HR & Administration

Report to: Plant Manager

I. GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS:

We are looking for a dual-threat professional to manage our end-to-end administrative processes and support the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a clear communicator, and a "problem-solver" by nature.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:

1. Human Resources

• Recruitment: Drafting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Onboarding: Preparing contracts and ensuring new hires have a smooth first day.
• Records Management: Maintaining digital and physical employee files (attendance, leave, and personal data).
• Payroll Support: Tracking hours, overtime, and benefits to ensure accurate monthly payments.
• Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for staff inquiries regarding company policies.

2. ADMIN

• Facility Management: Managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
• Documentation: Handling company correspondence, filing, and internal memos.
• Compliance: Ensuring the office meets health and safety standards and managing business licenses.
• Event Planning: Organizing team-building events, meetings, or travel arrangements.
• Other task assigned by Plant Manager & General Manager

III. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Qualifications: A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experiences: At least 3 years’ experience in a general HR role.
3. Skills or Other requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Vietnamese and English), including the ability to listen and effectively verbalise ideas
• High emotional intelligence, discretion/confidentiality, and multitasking.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Basic understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations.
