HR Operations Assistant Manager

Key Responsibility

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and documentation control.
• Manage and review payroll inputs, timekeeping, leave, and OT to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Supervise and optimize employee benefits programs (insurance, health check, allowances), including vendor management and cost control.
• Manage and monitor compensatory leave and overtime practices to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with company guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate HRIS (iHRP) operations, including data accuracy, reporting, system enhancement, and user experience improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, audits, and reporting requirements.
• Support and guide team members in handling employee queries, complex cases, and operational issues.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability of HR operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations / C&B, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, benefits, and labor compliance
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement orientation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in HRIS (iHRP is a plus)
