The HR Business Partner provides a broad range of HR support and consulting services to multiple units within the organization, serving as the primary Human Resources contact and advisor to managers and employees. Partners with HR peers in execution of regional HR programs and strategies, HR team projects & initiatives, and to seek and provide innovative solutions that support and optimize the operating objectives of the business, mitigates risks and ensures legal compliance contributing to the long-term success of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and translate HR processes to meet their needs.
• Aligning HR strategies with business objectives, owning and being held accountable for HR results and partnering with business to understand and support needs and requirements
• Lead initiatives in Performance management, Talent Management and Development, Succession planning.
• Collaborate with other HR and analyze data from Employee Survey
• Collaborate with HR peers and functional areas to ensure effective workforce planning
• Involve in training programs; including partnership with corporate learning and development team to implement appropriate solutions.
• Generate buy-in through presentations and communication efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in English (written and verbal), Excellent communication skills,
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
• Business Acumen & HR Acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Data-driven mindset
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years related work experience required in Human Resources, or Talent Management, holding diverse roles in HR is preferred
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
