Mô tả Công việc

POSITION OVERVIEW Responsible for all activities regarding to Safety, Security, Health and Environment (HSE) for all company’s employees. Be responsible to support and advise HR manager for HSE management and ensure effective risk management through HSE excellence along all properties that managed by Savills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Set up, maintain HSE procedures (labor protection plan, training safety plan, HSE regulation) for all properties.

· Deploy and implement activities relevant to firefighting and prevention, environment activities (waste, wastewater, emission) required by Vietnamese’s law.

· Prepare periodic firefighting and prevention report and responsible for all reports related to safety, health and environment.

· Coordinate with Firefighting Police Department to check all the firefighting system (automatic fire alarm, fire sprinkler system, fire pump …), firefighting equipment (fire extinguisher, hose reel, …) and perform firefighting and prevention exercise.

· Ensure all obligated training courses are conducted

· Lead completion of risk assessments for processes, tasks, and other systems using appropriate risk analysis models

· Manage Incident investigation process, share the incident information, and take corrective actions.

· Perform regular inspections of site/areas for improvement opportunities and compliance, including new/altered equipment safety inspections

· Work with government agencies on matters related to Occupational Safety and Health.

· Keep abreast of up-to-date health and safety standards, trends and techniques.

· Report any new or updated information on health and safety matters to all company, department and division managers.

· Conduct audits and inspections routinely to spot and correct any health and safety deficiencies.

· Recommend new and improved safety policies and procedures.

· Take appropriate actions to resolve any correction notices issued by government inspectors.

· Review and analyze company accident reports.

· Develop programs to train staff in safety and accident prevention.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS:

Education

§  Degree in Environmental/ Safety or other relating major.

§  Professional certification in EHS (CSP, CIH, CHMM, QEP, CEA, REM …)

Communication skills

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers;

PC skills

The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information

Experience

5 year experiences in related field. Minimum 2 year experiences in same position

 Language

Good at English (both speaking and writing)
