JOB DESCRIPTION

- Taking care of customers (support techical matters for ACS/Contractors and Spec-in consultants) located near Hai Phong.
- Designing and specifying products on drawings of projects.
- Making proposals to design products from other manufacture’s equipment.
- Building relationship with clients especially Designer and Consultant.
- Reporting the above actions to the person’s supervisor periodically.
- Coordinating with other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Supporting team in all marketing activities to develop our image to all kinds of customer.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University graduated, bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or having experience within the HVAC industry
- Good communication skills (both in English & Vietnamese)
- Good command of computer (AutoCAD; Word; Excel; Power Point)
- Experienced in working with Japanese contractor & consultant is an advantage.
- Willing to travel for business
- Goal oriented, able to work in fast paced environment
