- Overall responsibility for sales and customer development of M&E Contractors, Industrial Users, Project Owners, and Consultants by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and engineering knowledge.
- Visiting clients and developing new clients (Developer, Owner, Designer, Consultants)
- Expand B2B business and market by identifying new projects and developing new customer networks.
- Improve Panasonic brand awareness among B2B customers by providing technical and product seminars or presentations.
- Achieve assigned sales, KPI, and customer development quota by focusing on commercial customer acquisition and development.
- Day-to-day selling activities i.e identifying sales opportunities, organizing, proposals, asking for and acquiring orders.
- Closely coordinate with Panasonic’s distributor to secure the sales order and to assure the customer’s satisfaction.
- Increasing spec-in Project
- Designing and Specifying products on drawings of projects.
- Coordinate with other processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support team in all marketing activities to develop our image to all customers.
- Report and convey issues to improve and market information to supervisors
- Education Engineering qualification preferably in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or experience within the HVAC and contracting industry is essential.
- Having a good network with project owners, contractors, and consultant companies is a plus point.
- 2-5 years of experience as project sales engineer.
- Has experience with Japanese manufacturers, contractors & consultants is an advantage.
- Language skills, a good understanding of English, written & spoken.
- Good at computer skills and relevant software applications.
- Communication well. Widen knowledge about the investment of real market into Vietnam.
- Willing to travel for business.
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- The candidate is willing to work under a high-pressure working environment.
- Must be goal-oriented, adaptable, and logical.
- Characteristic: flexibility, loyalty.
