- Implement the most efficient Standard Minute Value

- Oversee machine layout arrangement with the Mechanical team, assist in line balancing / line feeding and work place engineering processes

- Enforce the maximum utilization of the General Sewing Data (GSD) System and ensure accuracy of the system data and train Work-study teams at plants on the GSD System

- Carry out style analyses, prepare & distribute information on operation sequence, methods, machine requirements and machine layouts to the relevant departments

- Design, monitor, improve and sustain productivity improvement schemes and the incentive schemes

- Monitor, improve and sustain the QCO (Quick Change Over) process by coordinating with Mechanical and Technical departments, check and ensure thread consumption, calculate machinery requirements and inform relevant parties to avoid any delays due to machines unavailability in a timely and effective manner

- Oversee the staff training module, provide guidance and feedback and ensure the right practices/ initiatives and knowledge is instilled in the new recruits

- Initiate and carry out Lean Initiatives across the manufacturing process, including training and lean skill development of the foreign employees across the production and operations department

- Coordinate and work in partnership with the Automation and Industrial Innovations team to identify and improve the manufacturing process, that result in gains in lead time, costs and quality

- Perform additional dues commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduated from College/ University with major of Garment Technology or related majors with at least 3 years of experience as IE, Work-study....

- Knowledge of machine types seam and stich types; operation sequence of garment construction; industrial safety requirement and measure

- Good command in English, ability to conduct presentations/ meetings to senior management

- Analytical skill of sewing method; Forecasting and simulation of sewing method; Problem solving skill with sewing method technical application.

- Communication skill with all layers within the organization

- Ability to lead team to achieve set goals.

- Good communication, leadership skill.
