Job Descriptions/ Scope of Works
• Mainly execute sales activities and customer development in the food ingredients and grains field
• Develop B2B/B2C business, import & export, and seek new opportunities in the domestic market
• Identify and acquire new customers as well as up-sell to existing customers
• Monitor from sales to after-sales services and report weekly on the progress
• Act as a primary contact point between the company and key customers
• Always catch up with customer requirements and maintain strong relationships
• Follow up and keep track of purchase order requests, shipping schedules, and logistic requirements
• Manage storage/warehouse and work with the broker/customs agent if needed
• Drive efforts to achieve goals and targets set by the Management Team and Headquarters
• Collect competitor's information, customs data, market insights, and global trends
• Perform other requests from the Regional Manager and BOD

Capabilities
• Study in International Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Working experience of at least 3 years in sales, import-export, or international trade of the food industry
• Have a background in logistics, food ingredient distributors and wholesalers.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, customs clearance procedures, and import-export laws.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation, Incoterms, and payment methods.
• Candidates used to work in similar industry will have more competitive advantages
• Absorb specialized news, updated trends, market insights, and business opportunities
Skills
• Advanced English level in 4 skills
• Strong self-motivation and self-discipline
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in contracts, proposals, quotations, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
