Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
Prepare reports and documentation related to process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in process improvement and manufacturing systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies is a plus.
