Key Responsibilities:
Livestream Collaboration
- Identify and collaborate with livestream KOLs/KOCs
- Livestream campaign planning:
- Deal list (pricing, bundles, vouchers)
- Commission & promotion mechanics
- Coordinate with E-commerce team to ensure campaign readiness
- Monitor livestream performance and optimize commercial outcomes
Affiliate & KOC Scale (Performance)
- Develop and scale affi liate/KOC network (especially TikTok Shop & Shopee)
- Recruit, onboard, and manage KOCs/creators at scale
- Design and optimize commission structures, incentive schemes
- Drive GMV through affi liate campaigns and creator performance optimization
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics (GMV, CVR, ROI)
Review/Video KOL/KOC (Branding & Partnership)
- Identify and onboard KOLs/KOCs aligned with brand positioning
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships (not just one-off bookings)
- Lead negotiation on collaboration scope, content direction, and usage rights
- Ensure infl uencer content aligns with brand image and messaging
Platform & Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, and E-commerce teams
- Leverage platform resources (TikTok, Shopee) for campaign growth
Data & Performance Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance across KOL/KOC, affi liate, and livestream
- Identify scalable creators and high-performing strategies
- Optimize content direction, offer structure, and creator mix
- Prepare reports with actionable insights
