- Consult and sell insurance products to TFSVN customers, including motor insurance, loan protection insurance, and travel insurance.
- Advise and sell Value Chain Loan products to support Toyota and TFSVN customers.
- Customer care: answer inquiries and provide support before and after customers use the services.
- Reporting: record call information in the system and report sales performance to the manager.
- Take responsibility for monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Around 3 years of experience in telesales or direct sales at insurance/finance companies or banking.
- Expect a stable job with opportunities for income growth.
- Communication, persuasion and negotiation skills: clear, pleasant and expressive voice, ability to convince customers to use products/services over the phone.
- Problem-solving & customer psychology skills: ability to quickly understand customer needs and handle objections and complaints effectively.
- Computer skills: proficient in office software and familiar with CRM systems.
