- Implementing business plans and goals each year, increase sales revenue, customer loyalty and expand market share
- Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability
- Developing customer relationships, improving customer experience
- Identifying potential clients to develop relationships and gain new business
- Developing new products, services and lines of businesses to increase & sustain growth
- Analyzing the market, conducting market research and identifying opportunities, increasing market share
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the company products & SWOT
- Managing customer complaints in goodwill collaboration
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree of Economics, Business Administration, Trading, etc.
- Experience in international trade (especially food & beverage) may be advantageous.
- Fluent in Chinese
- Strong communication and Sales skills
- Analytical ability & SWOT analysis
- Project management & Scenario planning
