Identify, build, and maintain strategic relationships with importers, distributors, and co-brand partners across global markets.
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to expand the market presence in assigned regions.
Collaborate with factories to perform accurate sales forecasts and ensure effective inventory management.
Work closely with the marketing team to tailor promotional materials for specific market needs.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain team on purchase orders, shipment bookings, and client-specific requirements, while minimizing operational risks.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and annual basis.

Degree in Business or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in FMCG export, with an existing network of international importers and distributors. Experience in the China market is highly preferred.
Solid background in the dairy, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages sectors.
Proven success in selling premium products within Southeast Asia markets is a plus.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a distinct advantage.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/SAP systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in diverse cultural settings.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly proactive in driving business growth.
