Consulting and answering all questions of customers and partners related to the Company's business and sales activities; Timely reporting customer complaints to relevant responsible units;
Searching for domestic and foreign customers to consult and sell the Company's products;
Customer care; building relationships with customers; building customer data files;
Making sales contracts and production reports; monitoring and urging production to keep up with order progress;
Searching for new customers, expanding the consumer market;
Ensuring assigned goals, performance, and targets;
Prioritizing the sale and development of the Company's advantage products;
Searching and developing new products suitable for market trends and factory conditions;
Updating knowledge about food hygiene and safety, and industry regulations to serve the job;
Store and secure documents and records in accordance with regulations;
Report sales to the Director/Head of Department, Business Development Department periodically or upon request;
Perform and report other tasks as assigned by the Director, Business Development Department/Deputy General Director in charge;
Be provided with assets and operating expenses;
Responsible for preserving the Company's assets and brand;
Perform other tasks as requested by the Director, Business Development Department/Deputy General Director in charge.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Major: International Trade, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or related fields; solid knowledge of import–export operations and international commerce.
Languages: Proficiency in English/Chinese/Japanese/Korean; strong communication skills.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in food export sales (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in confectionery export companies).
Mobility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
