Mô tả Công việc

We are looking for Managing Director fo IPPC - the Design & Build arm of IPPG.

The Managing Director will lead and manage all operations of IPPC, with direct accountability for business performance (P&L), construction quality, project schedules, and operating cost optimization.

This role  plays a key role in shaping strategy, driving operational excellence, and developing the organization toward a lean, professional, and sustainable operating model aligned with IPPG Group standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   Strategic Leadership & Overall Governance

-       Lead the development and execution of medium- and long-term strategies aligned with IPPG’s direction.

-       Assume full accountability for the company’s P&L, cash flow, budget, and gross profit.

-       Build a lean organizational model and establish a transparent governance and KPI system to ensure productivity and effective risk control.

-       Strengthen organizational capability through process improvement, technology adoption, and performance management.

2.   Project Management & Construction Operations

-       Manage the full project lifecycle: design - cost estimation - tendering - construction - acceptance - handover.

-       Ensure 100% of projects meet approved standards for quality, schedule, safety, and budget.

-       Oversee QA/QC, minimize technical defects and cost overruns, and improve overall project management effectiveness.

-       Propose and implement improvement initiatives to shorten approval turnaround time and increase productivity by at least 15%.

3.   Business Development & Tendering

-       Develop market-share growth plans and expand the portfolio of strategic clients.

-       Direct tendering activities, cost appraisal, subcontractor selection, and initiatives to optimize the bid win rate.

-       Develop a network of strategic partners and suppliers; negotiate framework agreements and preferential commercial terms.

-       Ensure gross margin meets the targets approved by the Board of Directors (BOD) and strengthen long-term competitiveness.

4.   Customer & Partner Management

-       Maintain and expand strategic cooperation with international brands, IPPG member companies, and project owners/developers.

-       Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

-       Resolve feedback and complaints promptly, protect IPPC’s reputation, and maintain customer satisfaction at 85% or above.

-       Develop a Partner Management Framework with standardized KPI/SLA requirements for strategic clients and partners.

5.   Human Resources & Corporate Culture

-       Recruit, develop, and retain key talent across Design, QS, Site, and Procurement functions.

-       Build a high-performance, collaborative, and results-oriented culture.

-       Implement PMS, succession planning, and technical leadership capability development programs.

-       Promote ESG principles, Diversity-Equity-Inclusion (DEI), and IPPG culture throughout the organization.

6.   Compliance Management

-       Ensure all construction, tendering, and acceptance activities comply with applicable laws, brand standards, and internal regulations.

-       Oversee occupational safety, environmental requirements, fire prevention and firefighting, and ESG standards across the entire project lifecycle.

-       Conduct periodic reviews and risk assessments, and establish preventive and process-improvement plans.

-       Other duties as assigned based on business needs

7. Candidate Requirements

-       Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field.

-       Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner management skills.

-       Strong knowledge of interior construction, luxury retail brands, and F&B.

-       Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, interior design, or retail/F&B project management.

-       Experience managing multiple functions/departments and full P&L responsibility.

-       Prior experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred.

-       Fluent in English.
