IQC Engineer

Maintain the routine operation of IQC. Make sure all incoming materials in CPT is under controlled by procedure. Take care all the quality issue found in IQC inspection and IQC inventory audit.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist IQC Manager to set the overall direction of IQC.
• Assist IQC Manager to set the objective of IQC every year.
• Implement the company policy in IQC.
• Instruct/ monitor the daily work of IQC technicians.
• Train technicians of IQC inspection method & skills.
• Communicate with other department about the incoming quality problem.
• Instruct IQC technicians to complete incoming inspection task and IQC inventory audit
• Follow up all quality issue found in IQC inspection and IQC inventory audit.
• Review IQC inspection reports
• Assist IQC Manger to prepare the related information for ISO9001/ISO 14001/3C/Customer Factory Audit.
• Hold daily morning meeting with IQC technician

Education:

• College degree and above.

Experience:

• 5 Years or above experience in manufacturing field, 3 years IQC experience. Have some basic English knowledge of Power-Tools Good communication/ presentation skill
• Familiar with IQC inspection instruments & skills Familiar with the computer operation. Basic knowledge of different material type. (Plastic, metal, electrical) Familiar with Quality system.
