JOB SUMMARY

The IQC Technician is responsible to check incoming material following to procedure, drawing and/or visual inspection criteria

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform inspection of incoming material following to procedure, drawing and visual inspection criteria
• Perform transaction of material in the ERP system
• Quarantine and labelling non-conformance material for further disposition
• Report to superior if any abnormalities found
• Record all of findings during the audit, inspection, and report to the superior.
• Quarantine and labelling the non-conformance products for further disposition
• Perform troubleshooting for product quality issue

REQUIREMENT

Academic:

• Qualified education from mechanism, electronic, automation, industries

Years of experience:

• At least one year working in manufacturing of above areas at QA/QC.

Special knowledge:

• Using ERP system to do transaction of material lot
• Able to read technical drawing
• Knowing/using measurement equipment such as caliper, feeler gauge, micrometer, block gauge, height gauge, microscope (preferable optical machine, CMM,)
• Strong quality mindset, discipline and follow requirement strictly

Other skills:

• Able to use some basic office programs such as excel, email, for recording and reporting
