The IT Applicantion & Operation Team Leader is responsible support for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day technology operations, managing infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud computing), troubleshooting, project development, maintaining policies, and focusing on team performance, system stability, security, and alignment with business objectives, combining technical. This position will report directly to the Head of IT, requiring practical project implementation experience with a portfolio of system integration projects.
Main duty:
Operate, monitor, and support ERP systems (Odoo preferred), WMS, POS, and internal applications; receive change requests and verify data accuracy within the system.
Support data consistency checks and transaction reconciliation between systems (sales, inventory, logistics, accounting, etc.).
Participate in the implementation of IT and digital transformation projects: UAT testing, user manual writing, and user training.
Provide support for computer-related issues, warehouse equipment, and related IT platforms.
Support users with IT-related issues: equipment installation, software/hardware troubleshooting, and user permission granting.
Willing to travel and provide on-site operational support at warehouses/factories/branches when unexpected requests arise.
Act as a liaison between the business team and vendors, monitoring development requests, system configuration, bug management, and SLA tracking.
Record, track, and process user requests according to IT Helpdesk/ITSM procedures.
Other work as assigned by manager level.

Qualification and requirements:
Have 5+ years of relevant experience in ERP application operation/support.
Understanding of systems: ERP (like Odoo), WMS, POS, distribution and retail software.
Ability to read structured data and perform SQL queries to check for errors or perform analysis.
Familiarity with distribution/retail/logistics industries: orders, inventory, shipping, products, barcodes.
Strong communication skills, ability to train and support end users professionally, with a focus on visualization and solutions.
Proactive attitude, high responsibility, willingness to learn, and readiness to handle real-world problems.
