IT Executive (IT Operation Administrator Staff)

Perfect Companion Vietnam (PCV) is seeking an IT Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day operation of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Provide IT Helpdesk and end-user support (L1/L2)/ Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật CNTT cho người dùng và xử lý sự cố hằng ngày (Helpdesk L1/L2).
🔹 Administer Microsoft 365, including user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive/Quản trị hệ thống Microsoft 365, bao gồm tài khoản người dùng, email, Teams, SharePoint và OneDrive.
🔹 Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and IT systems/ Giám sát, vận hành và bảo trì hệ thống mạng cùng hạ tầng CNTT.
🔹 Manage company devices, software licenses, and IT assets/ Quản lý thiết bị CNTT, giấy phép phần mềm và tài sản công nghệ của công ty.
🔹 Support cybersecurity operations, backup processes, and data recovery activities./ Hỗ trợ các hoạt động an ninh thông tin, sao lưu dữ liệu và khôi phục dữ liệu khi cần thiết
🔹 Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, and operating procedures./ Duy trì và cập nhật tài liệu CNTT, cấu hình hệ thống và quy trình vận hành.
🔹 Provide operational support for business applications and IT services./Hỗ trợ vận hành các phần mềm doanh nghiệp và dịch vụ CNTT nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động kinh doanh diễn ra liên tục và hiệu quả.

Qualifications | Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT, Khoa học Máy tính hoặc các ngành liên quan.

• 0-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or IT operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  Có từ 0-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực hạ tầng CNTT, quản trị hệ thống hoặc vận hành CNTT. Chấp nhận ứng viên mới tốt nghiệp.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking (Firewall/VPN), server monitoring, backup, and IT security.
  Có kiến thức cơ bản về Microsoft 365, hệ thống mạng (Firewall/VPN), giám sát máy chủ, sao lưu dữ liệu và bảo mật CNTT.

• Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, cẩn thận, đáng tin cậy và ham học hỏi.
