1. Network Connectivity
· Office LAN / Switching: Routine switch-port/VLAN operations, health checks, known L2 troubleshooting, configuration/document updates under approved change.
· Wi-Fi / Guest Network: Routine AP/controller operations, monitoring and infrastructure-side wireless troubleshooting; maintain records.
· Internet / WAN / SD-WAN:Monitor links and paths, handle known connectivity issues, open/follow carrier incidents and execute approved routine changes.
· Site-to-Site / Cloud VPN: Monitor tunnel/interface state, troubleshoot known patterns and execute approved routine tunnel changes.
· Remote Access VPN / ZTNA Connectivity: Support infrastructure-side diagnosis, evidence collection and approved routine actions; escalate non-standard policy/access issues.
2. Network Security & Delivery
· DC Network Segmentation / Routing: Support monitoring, evidence collection and approved low-risk implementation; escalate non-standard segmentation/routing.
