Support users about Hardware and Offices softwares

· Support users about internet

· Support to import data on SAP

· Managing Server, Firewall, Switch…

· Installing the offices 365, windows, windows server.

· Monitoring the wifi and troubleshooting

· Support the printer, photocopy

· Support network systems.

· Support monitoring the system via Firewall.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Graduated from College or higher, majoring in Information Technology or related majors.

·       Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position

·       Must have experience in ERP, CMS, HRM, CRM, MES, offices 365.

·       Working experience in manufacturing/factory is an advantage.

·       Have the knowledge about cybersecurity

·       Have experience about Firewall, make polices for IT.

·       Communicating in English is an advantage or being able to read and understand technical documents in English.
