Job Summary:
Provide end-user and store support. Install, and configure hardware, and software, as well as solves basic technical problems. Resolve incidents, and service requests on time. Identify the root causes for issues, and incidents, and escalate to the proper IT Team if needed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Financial and Non- Financial Measures:
• College/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Have a proactive and service mindset.
• Can work under a high-pressure environment and ability to proactively identify problems/circumvent roadblocks to deliver solutions on time.
• Can work overtime (align with company compensation benefits and policies).
• Have good organization, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
• Prefer candidate born from 1999-2002
