Mô tả Công việc

  • Coordinate with the Innovation team to prepare specifications, cost prices, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with Group, Quality Assurance, and Sales to review customer regulations and share relevant information with the Innovation team.
  • Create new ideas and concepts for Innovation activities.
  • Prepare and develop samples for Innovation activities related to Beverage, Dairy, and Food Service applications.
  • Analyze samples and prepare required documents before sending to customers, such as specifications and sample advice.
  • Coordinate with Product construction and Production teams for trial production until successful completion.
  • Maintain the workplace and laboratory in good order and in compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Follow ISO system requirement
  • Support Innovation Manager and participate Innovation day, Presentation to customer when needed
  • Other ad hoc assignments

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience in R&D / Innovation / Product Development in the food industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to prepare samples, analyze samples, and develop technical documents (specifications, sample advice, etc.).
  • Knowledge of food safety, customer regulations, and laboratory hygiene standards.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills with a creative mindset.
  • Ability to read and understand technical English; proficient in MS Office.
  • Careful, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
