ACCOUNT PAYABLE

• Collect all payment request (local & oversea), check invoices & supporting documents, enter payment request to tracking file
• Enter all invoices/payment transaction to SAP
• Process payment to vendors
• Manage advance/clearance/account payable aging
• Update monthly actual payment & propose monthly payment budget

CASH MANAGEMENT

• Send bank statement to Liquice team
• Upload bank statement from Liquice to SAP
• Create payment order/upload supporting document in the internet banking
• Submit & follow up the authorize for all payment in the internet banking
• Submit daily bank balance - Submit monthly cash flow report

TAX DECLARATION

• Reconcile VAT Output between SAP & E-invoice output list
• Reconcile VAT Input between SAP & E-Invoices input list
• Monthly VAT declaration
• Monthly Withholding tax declaration
• Request payment to Tax
• Manage tax payable to align with Tax

MONTH END CLOSING

• Bank reconcilation
• AP Clearing
• AP Aging report
• Tax reconcilation (VAT, PIT, WHT)

Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, with strong exposure to Accounts Payable and Tax
• Hands‑on experience with SAP is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations (VAT, PIT, WHT)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy in handling financial data
• Basic English communication skills (reading & writing for work purposes)
