Ensure the efficient operation of the Finance and Accounting system, as well as the management of human resources and legal matters of the Company.
1. Control financial and accounting
· Organize, manage, and oversee the Company’s accounting and financial activities in compliance with legal regulations and industry characteristics, ensuring adherence to FDI requirements.
· Monitor and control revenue, expenses, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory; manage receivables and payables with customers and suppliers.
· Oversee warehouse and logistics operations
· Supervise import operations and customs compliance
· Develop and improve accounting and financial processes, as well as internal control systems aligned with the Company’s business operations.
· Manage, train, and develop the accounting team
· Advise the Management on financial strategy, cost optimization, cash flow management, and business efficiency
· Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and relevant regulatory bodies
· Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and tax reports periodically, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness
· Conduct financial ratio and performance analysis reports
· Prepare and present management reports to the parent company
· Other finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors and the Company owner
2. Human Resources Management
· Develop, improve, and optimize HR policies, procedures, and systems (including recruitment, training, KPI evaluation, etc.).
· Manage and oversee all activities of the HR & Administration department (including C&B, recruitment, training, employee relations, and administrative management).
· Advise the Board of Directors on organizational structure, workforce planning, and long-term human resource development strategy.
· Handle employee relations issues and ensure full compliance with labor laws, social insurance, fire prevention and fighting regulations, and occupational safety requirements.
3. Control and oversee operations and sales activities
· Coordinate with the Sales and Warehouse departments in trading and inventory activities to ensure efficient operation of sales channels.
· Review and provide recommendations on contract terms between the Company and its partners.
· Oversee logistics, transportation, and delivery operations.
· Monitor and control sales-related costs
· Calculation and analysis of P&L by product, by shipment, and by sales channel.
· At least 8 years of experience as a Chief Accountant, preferably in the retail or cosmetics industry.
· Strong knowledge of tax, finance, and accounting regulations, as well as inventory management specific to the retail and cosmetics industry (expiry dates, batch numbers, stock control, etc.).
· Strong management, financial analysis, and planning skills.
· Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible at work.
· Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage
