Role Description
The Key Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure subscription renewals, and identify upselling opportunities while showcasing how BioTuring’s platforms support client research.
Responsibilitiese
● Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company goals and client expectations.
● Understand client research needs and provide tailored solutions.
● Deliver technical demonstrations to highlight platform benefits.
● Ensure high platform usage and address client concerns proactively.
● Collaborate with internal teams to monitor client satisfaction.
● Drive subscription renewals and identify upselling opportunities.
● Acquire new clients through networking at scientific conferences.
● Maintain accurate records.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
● 2+ years of experience in account management or sales.
● Strong communication and organizational skills.
● Knowledge of bioinformatics tools and software is a plus.
