The business at Emers Vietnam continue to grow and in 2022, we acquired and launched several new brands in Golf such as Waac, G/Fore with a variety of retail stores in HCMC. In 2023, we have just launched a running shoe line - ON Running, a Switzerland brand running shoes and apparel.
We are moving fast and excited about the possibilities and growth in the Wholesales / Retail business for Sport fashion.
We are looking for Talents who are strong about wholesales in Vietnam market. You will work with the Business Development Manager/ Brand Manager to develop sales strategies and manage over-execution to ensure delivery of customer objectives, brand strategy and channel strategy.
We are seeking from Junior to Senior based on your experience and performance.
Work with Business Development Manager to develop strategic callouts and manage over execution to ensure delivery of customer objectives, brand strategy and channel strategy, forecast country sales budget.
Drive the annual growth of sales revenue and profitability of these accounts; ensure healthy retail P&L per accounts.
Applies seasonal campaign to stores and new product launching
Review Category growth projection, key initiatives by sell-thru. Provide an update of the happenings in the marketplace by category including any market transformation/ elevation projects-update the ‘traffic’ tracker based on the hits/misses for each category to region.
Lead and manage execution of key account annual plan in key aspects: Category directed assortment by country, silo positioning by season, customer profitability and in-store communication.
Closely working with landlords to develop market mapping, defining new location opportunities and analyzing category selection proposals.
Doing as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure that the work is completed efficiently.
Coordinate with internal departments to improve services and meet customer requirements
Other tasks under assignment of BDM.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relative field.
Experience related to Wholesale/ Retail in the field of Fashion/ Sport/ Golf/ Ecommerce.
Strong at brand management, consumer understanding, creative & strategic knowledge.
The ability to work independently, be dynamic, and love the start-up environment is an advantage.
The ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good communication skills both written and oral in English, presentation, analytical, time management and negotiation skills.
