1.     Rel Test & Report and Regular REL Monitor

2.     Do REL Risk assessment for Quality issue

3.     Customer Regular Monitor / Customer Requested Test & Report

4.     Customer Spec Review / Jedec Spec Review

5.     NPI handling as Rel DRI following the customer input

6.     Reliability Lab Technical setup (document, i.e. spec, WI)

7.     Reliability test condition setup per device specific requirements

8.     Machine buy off for Reliability test equipment per customer requirements

9.     Qualify outsourcing lab suppliers and tool/board suppliers

10.  Trouble shooting for Rel process problem

11.  Rel lab effectiveness and efficiency control and drive continuous improvement

12.  Technical Evaluation & Report       

1.     Educational Qualification: University graduate       

2.     Experience: more than 3 year of experience or fresh graduates

3.     Skills: Good at English, communication skills
