JOB SUMMARY

The Production Engineer is responsible for coordinating production activities to ensure on-time delivery, optimal productivity, and product quality. This position oversees workforce allocation, employee training, production planning, raw material management, problem-solving, and reporting production performance to management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Arrange and coordinate personnel to ensure production progress 
• Training on working procedures and standards for employees
• Manage production processes to ensure productivity and quality
• Analyze problems that arise in production and propose solutions
• Manage raw materials, make production plans based on orders
• Report work progress and problems to superiors.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Materials, or related fields.
• Educational background from UTE or HCMUT is considered a strong advantage.

EXPERIENCE

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with working or internship experience in the steel or metal industry will have a significant advantage.
• Basic English communication skills.
