Repair and Preventive Maintenance:

• Perform all aspects of Equipment and machine maintenance activities/task so as to minimize downtime.
• Equipment breakdown are properly repair and at the best available time.
• Make work improvement to reduce the downtime of critical equipment facilities.
• All tools are properly maintain and accounted.
• All equipment spare parts are properly stored and recorded.
• Working with admin coordinator PPM relevant order spare part
• Daily inspection, operating and ensure all general equipment are in good operating condition
• Preventive maintenance machine are properly carried out and recorded
• Summarizing and analysing results repair machine using Excel
• Training for technicians and operators skill basic troubleshooting
• Arrange technician schedule work shift

Facility Support

• Inform for Facility Engineer II if temperature room out spec, Air compressed lost, DI water out spec, chiller error ..
• Support for facility if require

Report and Documentation, Safety, 5S and other

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Vocational Intermediate Level or College Degree in Automation/Electrical or equivalent specialisations.
• At least 3 years of experience in Automation/Electrical field.
• Can work by shift
• Work Location: Nhon Trach 1, Dong Nai
